Dreams have an address let me help you find yours-
I found mine in Las Vegas 20 years ago when I moved from San Diego. I was excited to start a new life in the
Las Vegas Valley area while keeping some of my San Diego roots.
Real Estate my Grandmother told me is the largest instrument of wealth in the world. As such, it has the power to transform
the economic condition of individuals, families, businesses, communities and countries for better or for worse.
It should come as no surprise then, that buying and selling real estate should be done with a professional that uses
constant communication & has knowledge of negotiations, closings and has helpful tips on moving -
contact me directly at (702)595-8015 and feel free to use my site as our first of many communications and for our
future business together. Referrals of your friends and family to me is how I measure my success and is the highest
compliment of how our home buying experience resulted and I hope to achieve.

  1. Start out right
Use technology and the Internet. No matter what some of the "older and more experienced" may tell you, you need the Internet to market in the real estate world today.
  2. Price it right
Activity in the first month of a listing is always the best, so don't risk wasting it. Price too high, and scare off many buyers and other agents. Don't get caught up in pricing games.
  3. Sell by season
No matter what the season, home selling is a year-round sport. Use seasonal accents to make potential buyers linger longer.
  4. Be the "neighborhood expert"
Always know what's on the market, what sold recently, and the overall status of the neighborhood. Nowadays, anyone can look at houses online but the top agents know what lurks below the surface.
Studies show that home sellers who use a real estate agent to represent them generally get a better price than those who sell the home themselves. Real estate agents are up-to-date on critical processes and can help keep you out of trouble. They can also help you get your home sold at the best price in the right time frame. Equally as important, real estate agents add objectivity to an inherently emotional transaction: the sale of your home.
  6. Before Your Home Is Listed
It's important to have your home in good showing condition before buyers start going through it. Here are some steps to take:
    • Touch up interior and exterior paint as needed.
    • Install new carpeting and flooring if it appears worn or dated.
    • Make sure the front is clean and spruced up – curb appeal will create a favorable first impression.

I was involved in helping my daughter and her family purchase a home in Anthem. As with most home purchases, there were particular stipulations to meet. Laura's perseverance and patience never waivered. She searched as if the home was going to be hers. She was always helpful, pleasant and very professional. She definitely made the experience easier. Thank you Laura. God bless you.

Laura's knowledge and experience with the local market is second to none. She really takes all things into consideration that you would want in a home and she will not rest until she helps you find your next home. I puts lots of time and effort into making you feel like you are her only client. By far, she is the greatest realtor I have ever worked with

We recently purchased a home in Anthem with Laura's help and can say in all honesty she's the very BEST. The seller of this home and her realtor were VERY difficult individuals to deal with, but Laura worked tirelessly to negotiate the best deal possible and provide us with the moral support we needed. She was always early to appointments, she promptly returned every text, email and phone call. Her level of professionalism exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Laura for your hard work, knowledge and kindness.
